Our consultation program is a comprehensive and proven process designed to help you make the best possible choices — choices that will allow you to enjoy your new or revitalized living space for years to come.

A Statement consultation is complimentary for clients who proceed with an order. Otherwise, our consultation service is reasonably valued at $95 per hour.

A Statement consultation involves three easy steps.

On-site consultation to
understand your design goals and budget
discuss style preferences and colour palettes
gather accurate room measurements
determine lifestyle and functional considerations, including room traffic and focal points
Creation of space plan(s) that includes
room layouts
furniture placement recommendations
rug, lighting, art, drapery and accent suggestions
potential use of your existing furnishings
In-store consultation to
review furniture and accessory selections
coordinate fabric, finishing and colour choices
assess long-term design goals
discuss production schedules and placement services
